Getting Started

At Fusion Therapy Center, we are “better together”! We strive to provide excellent services for every referral that comes our way. Whether you have an infant with a tongue tie or you are an adult with low back pain, we are open to treating any and all patients that walk through our doors with excellence!

You and your family are our first priority.  We want to know what your concerns are and what the concerns are for your child and family. Every patient has a unique set of needs. Our focus is on helping you achieve your goals and meeting you and your family’s needs, whatever those may look like.

What's next?

To establish care, you can contact our patient care coordinator by calling 479-252-3321. You can also request an appointment through our website by clicking here. Someone will contact you within 48 hours to discuss your concerns and schedule an evaluation. They will also assist you in securing a referral from the physician, if needed. Following this phone call, you will receive a text with further instructions on completing new patient paperwork via our website.

Do I have to have a referral before scheduling?

Patients can be seen at Fusion Therapy Center without a referral due to Arkansas being a direct access state. However, insurance providers may/may not require a referral to complete payment. Our front office can assist you with answering this question if you are unsure.

If your child has only private insurance (Blue Cross, UHC, Cigna, etc…), then we do not need a referral to schedule. If your child has Medicaid or Tefra as primary OR secondary insurance, then we will need a referral from their Primary Care Physician (PCP) before both evaluation and treatment.

Once care is established, regardless of payer requirements, we feel that collaboration with all medical providers is vital for the best overall outcomes for patients.  We will request a treatment prescription as well as send copies of evaluations and discharge summaries to primary care providers and additional medical providers involved in a patient’s care, if applicable.

How do I know if my therapy will be covered by insurance?

We accept the following insurances: BCBS, UHC, UMR, Aetna, Cigna, Ambetter, Municipal Health, PASSEs (TotalCare, Empower, Summit), and Medicaid/Tefra. * Mercy Anthem NOT included.

One of the first things we do after the initial phone call is ask you to send a picture of your insurance card. At that time, we will verify your insurance and check eligibility for relevant therapy services for your specific plan. However, please note we do not guarantee the verification of benefits is always accurate. Sometimes, there may be a discrepancy and we will invoice or reimburse you accordingly.

If the deductible has not been met or we do not take your insurance, we will take agreed upon weekly payments while waiting for claims to be processed so you don’t end up with an unmanageable amount to pay should your insurance not cover. Our Billing Specialist will communicate to you immediately once we get the first claim back paid or unpaid and we can discuss what payments will look like from that point on. We are here to help you get the services you need at the most affordable rate possible!

Please refer to our Guide to Calling Your Insurance Company.  Please use this resource to guide you through knowing what questions to ask your insurance company regarding therapy coverage for your child. Please contact our billing specialist by emailing Leann@fusiontherapycenter.com.

Fusion Therapy Center is here to support you!

Your care begins during your initial phone call with us. We know seeking out help can be difficult, but rest assured that you will be met with a smile and a fully-equipped staff to help navigate any challenges you may be facing.

When you arrive, you will check in via the QR code located on the door and front office window. Or, you may check in on the ipad located in the lobby.

We encourage parents and caregivers to be active participants in treatment, and you are allowed to stay during sessions, or many parents drop their children off once they are established and comfortable.

We are very active with home programs, no matter the age or discipline, and feel these are vital to a patient’s overall progress in therapy. You or your child will receive a home program during the evaluation or initial therapy session.

Our therapists assist patients in achieving goals, enable them to try new things, or learn new skills. And our team and patients will celebrate every milestone along the way!

Once there is no longer a need for therapy and the patient/child graduates, we will let you know prior to his/her session and will send you home with items to watch for. You can always call us back should you have further concerns or questions. Once you are part of the Fusion family, we will always welcome you back as needed!
