Helena is a bright and compassionate individual who has completed her educational journey with a Bachelor's of Science in Kinesiology from the University of Arkansas and a Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Central Arkansas. As a new graduate and a first-generation university graduate, she has achieved a significant milestone in her life.

Described as sweet, thoughtful, and generous, Helena's caring nature shines through in all that she does. During her free time, she finds joy in taking long walks with her beloved dog, Talulah, attending razorback football and basketball games, spending quality time with her family, and reading books. One of her favorite hobbies is creating dog bandanas, showcasing her creativity and love for animals.
